URSA TERRA 74Ph glass mineral wool is a compact, water-repellent board for thermal and acoustic insulation in drywall systems. It fits between and under the rafters of pitched roofs, in internal partition walls and wall linings, and in timber-frame constructions. The board is non-combustible and hydrophobized, making it suitable for both residential and commercial buildings.

Non-combustible A1 board for fire safety

URSA TERRA 74Ph is rated as a non-combustible A1 material under BS EN 13501-1. This adds valuable fire protection to partition walls and roof structures. The board does not feed a fire and is suited to both homes and public buildings.

Low thermal conductivity for a warmer home

A thermal conductivity of λD = 0.037 W/mK limits heat loss through roofs and walls. Better insulation means lower heating bills and a more stable indoor temperature. URSA TERRA 74Ph also works as acoustic insulation for quieter rooms.

Water-repellent, hydrophobized structure

The URSA TERRA 74Ph board is hydrophobized and does not retain moisture, with an air-flow resistance AFr above 5 kPa·s/m². Its compact yet flexible structure fits tightly between rafters and profiles without gaps. This keeps the insulation performing over the years.

Use in roofs, walls and timber structures

URSA TERRA 74Ph is installed in pitched roofs between and under the rafters, as well as in internal partition walls and wall linings. The board is also suitable for timber-frame constructions. One product covers several insulation tasks in drywall building.
