A 600 x 2000 mm sheet one person can carry and fit in tight bathrooms and service shafts.
KNAUF H13 Mini (GKB-I) is an impregnated 12.5 mm plasterboard classified as Type H2 to EN 520. One 600 x 2000 mm sheet covers 1.2 m² and suits partition and shaft walls, wall linings and suspended ceilings in bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms, as well as tiling substrates.
Impregnated core with water absorption of up to 10%
Hydrophobic additives in the gypsum core keep surface water absorption below 220 g/m² to EN 520. The board holds its shape in rooms reaching up to 95% relative humidity for short periods.
600 mm mini format for tight spaces
Half-width sheets two metres long go up stairways and through narrow doors without a second pair of hands. The format matches 600 mm stud spacing and cuts down on trimming when boxing in shafts and pipe runs.
AK edge for invisible joints
The tapered, paper-wrapped long edges take tape and filler for a flush finish. Reaction to fire is classified A2-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1.
Substrate for tiles and waterproofing
The green facing identifies the impregnated type on site and serves as a base for ceramic tiles in bathrooms and shower areas. Knauf recommends the board together with Flächendicht liquid waterproofing in wet zones.
