The VILEN 4949 grape press holds 15 L and works as a manual screw press with a double stainless steel basket for home winemaking. Turning the screw presses the grapes while the must drains through the perforated inner cylinder and the outlet into your container. At 43x40x28 cm it fits on a table, in a cellar or under a shed roof.
Double stainless steel basket keeps the must clean
The VILEN 4949 press pairs a perforated inner cylinder with a solid outer one, so the pomace stays inside while the juice runs out separately. Stainless steel resists grape acids and adds no off-taste to the must. Every surface rinses clean with water after pressing.
Screw mechanism applies steady pressure
Pressing on the VILEN 4949 is done by hand: the screw drives the disc down onto the grapes, so you control the pace and the force. Gradual pressure extracts the must without crushing the seeds and adding bitterness. No power supply is needed, which suits work in the vineyard or the backyard.
