1805BULRO Grape Crusher-Destemmer, 38 x 38 x 32 cm Hopper, 28 kg
Crushes the berries and separates the stalks in one pass, with chain drive for a steady working rhythm.
The 1805BULRO grape crusher-destemmer is built for home winemaking and grape processing in the yard or cellar. Two conical rollers crush the berries while the destemming mechanism separates the stalks before the must reaches your vessel. The frame is designed to take heavy loads through a full harvest season.
Two conical rollers for even crushing
Berries pass between the rollers and split open without the pips being ground up. The must comes out at a consistent texture across the whole batch, which keeps the following fermentation predictable.
Stalk removal in the same pass
The destemming mechanism pulls the stalks aside instead of letting them fall into the must. That keeps the bitter stalk tannins out of the wine and removes a whole round of hand-sorting before pressing.
Single-row drive chain
The chain transmits drive to the rollers and the destemmer at once. It holds up under load even with firmer grape varieties, without slipping.
38 x 38 x 32 cm hopper takes a full crate at a time
The wide opening takes grapes straight from the crate and cuts down on refill stops. At 85 x 56 x 60 cm overall, the unit sits over a standard barrel or fermentation tub.
