TMINOX MC 315 Wine Tank, AISI 304 Stainless Steel, 315 L, Ø 63.7 x 99 cm
Bulgarian-made stainless tank with a mirror-finish interior that releases tartrate deposits with minimal scrubbing.
The TMINOX MC 315 is a 315-litre stainless steel wine tank for fermenting and storing wine and must. It is built from AISI 304 steel and manufactured in Bulgaria. At 63.7 cm in diameter and 99 cm tall it fits a home cellar, and the design makes tap fitting and spare-part replacement straightforward.
2R mirror interior for fast cleaning
Tartrate and lees lift off the smooth wall without harsh scrubbing, and the polished surface leaves little for residue to cling to between harvests. Sanitising before filling takes only minutes.
2M marbled exterior that keeps its look
The matt texture hides fingerprints and the small marks that come with everyday cellar work. The tank still looks presentable after years of service.
AISI 304 steel and a 25 kg body
Food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel stays neutral to aroma and flavour and withstands the acidity of fermentation. Two people can move the empty tank.
