The TMINOX MC 315 basic equipment kit supplies the parts that turn a stainless MC 315/637 tank into a working fermentation and storage vessel. It includes a floating lid, air chamber, 1 1/4" vent, Ø8 hose, Ø6 capron rope, a pump for the floating lid and a 3/4" stainless drain tap, all sized for the 637 mm diameter MC 315 tank.

Floating lid that stops oxidation

The lid sits at any height inside the tank and follows the wine level, leaving no air above it. Sealing comes from the air chamber, inflated with the pump supplied in the kit.

1 1/4" airlock vent for controlled fermentation

The vent releases carbon dioxide from the fermenting must while blocking air from returning. The Ø8 hose and Ø6 capron rope complete the connections and handling of the lid.

3/4" stainless drain tap

Mounted at the bottom of the tank, the tap draws off wine without tilting or siphoning. Its stainless build withstands wine acidity and frequent washing.
