The ROTO GROUP 10107 Rila is a 120 L plastic storage barrel for sauerkraut, pickles, grapes, fruit, vegetables and liquids. Its ribbed body and side handles keep it steady when full and easy to reposition in a cellar or on a terrace.
Certified for food storage
The barrel is made from plastic approved for food contact, so it holds sauerkraut, pickles, grapes and fruit mash through the whole season. The smooth interior rinses clean after emptying and does not carry odours over to the next batch.
Wide lid for easy filling and pressing
The large opening lets you drop in whole cabbages or bulky fruit, fit a weight plate inside and stir the contents with ease. The screw-on lid seals the barrel against dust and insects.
Ribbed body with handles on both sides
Ribs along the walls absorb the pressure of a full 120 L load and keep the body from bulging. At 3.2 kg empty, the barrel is easy to carry by its two moulded handles, one person on each side.
Compact 52 x 52 cm footprint for cellar or shed
At 67 cm tall the barrel slides under a worktop or against a cellar wall with the lid still within reach. Several units line up side by side without wasting floor space.
