The ANSELL AlphaTec 1800 protective coverall in size XXL is limited-use clothing for fine particulates and light liquid spray. It is certified as Type 5 and Type 6 in Category III PPE, with antistatic fabric tested to EN 1149-5. Each coverall is individually packed.
Type 5 and Type 6 against dust and light spray
The coverall meets CE Category III requirements for handling non-toxic fine particulates and low-hazard liquids. Typical use covers maintenance, industrial cleaning, insulation work and paint spraying where a barrier layer over workwear is required.
53 gsm microporous laminate that lets vapour out
The fabric is a microporous polyethylene laminate on non-woven backing that lets moisture vapour escape, reducing the risk of heat stress over longer shifts. Low linting limits cross contamination in clean areas, and the silicone-free construction matters in wet paint application.
Bound seams, three-piece hood and two-way zip
Bound seams are stronger and add barrier protection along the joins. The three-piece hood fits around most respirators and helmets, while the two-way front zip sits under a resealable storm flap. Elasticated hood, waist, wrists and ankles close the openings and keep the suit in place when bending or working overhead.
