The ANSELL ALPHATEC 1800 protective coverall in size L is built for work involving dust, fine particulates and light liquid splashes. The fabric is a 53 gsm microporous polyethylene laminate, certified to Type 5 and Type 6 with anti-static performance to EN 1149-5.

Type 5 and Type 6 protection, Category III

Certification covers EN ISO 13982-1 for dry particulates and EN 13034 for limited liquid splash, within the general EN ISO 13688 framework. Typical use spans machine maintenance, powder handling, spray painting and plant cleaning.

53 gsm microporous laminate with breathable structure

The fabric is moisture-vapour permeable, which lowers heat stress over longer wear. Its low-linting behaviour also suits clean areas where surface contamination matters.

Anti-static build, silicone-free

Testing to EN 1149-5 and AATCC 76 confirms static dissipation. The silicone-free construction is essential in painting work, where silicone traces cause defects in fresh coatings.
