ANSELL AlphaTec 1800 STANDARD Coverall (Model 111), Size M

Breathable limited-use hooded coverall with bound seams and elasticated fit.

The ANSELL AlphaTec 1800 STANDARD coverall in size M is a limited-use garment made of 53 gsm microporous polyethylene laminate. It is certified to Type 5 and Type 6, covering dry airborne particles as well as light liquid mist and splash. Typical use includes sanding, spray painting, powder handling, maintenance and cleaning work.

Type 5 and Type 6 protection, Category III

The coverall is tested to EN ISO 13982-1 for particulate protection and EN 13034 for limited liquid splash, with antistatic performance to EN 1149-5. That combination covers dust, pigments and solvent work, including areas where static build-up matters.

Bound seams and two-way zipper with storm flap

The seams are bound with tape, sealing the most vulnerable part of any limited-use garment. The two-way zipper runs both ways and is covered by a resealable storm flap, so the suit can be opened at the waist during a break without losing closure protection.

Three-piece hood and elasticated fit

The three-panel hood follows the shape of the head and works with a fitted respirator. Elastication at the hood, waist, wrists and ankles limits dust ingress while keeping the garment out of the way during movement.
