The impact mechanism delivers up to 4200 impacts per minute, so the bit holds firm without cam-out, even in hardwood and structural joints. With a no-load speed of 3200 rpm, long runs of identical screws go in quickly.
Brushless motor that goes easier on the battery
There are no carbon brushes to wear out or replace. More of the battery's energy reaches the spindle, so you drive more screws per charge. DeWalt's technical data rates the output at 380 W.
Compact body for confined spaces
The 129 mm head fits between joists and inside cabinets. At a net weight of 0.800 kg, the driver puts less strain on your wrist during overhead work. A ring of 3 LEDs around the chuck lights up the screw head.
