BAND SCREW MECHANISM SFMCF6001-XJ STANLEY SFMCF6001-XJ

Stanley FatMax SFMCF6001-XJ Collated Screw Attachment
Strip-fed screws, one after another, for fast plasterboard hanging on walls and ceilings

The Stanley FatMax SFMCF6001-XJ collated screw attachment turns the Stanley FatMax V20 SFMCF600 cordless drywall screwdriver into a strip-fed screw gun. It's made for drylining, stud partitions and suspended ceilings, where every board takes dozens of screws.

Built exclusively for the Stanley FatMax V20 SFMCF600
Stanley specifies the attachment for use only with the SFMCF600 18 V cordless drywall screwdriver. It fits in place of the tool's nose cone, and a dedicated collated screwdriver bit comes in the box.

Continuous driving from collated screw strips
The strip loads from below, and the feed mechanism advances the next screw under the bit each time you press against the board. There's no hand-loading single screws, so you can keep one hand on the screwdriver's rear grip throughout.

Screw length and fine depth adjustment
Screw length is set without tools using a sliding release tab, and the shoe carries marked slots for the most common screw sizes. A separate knob with an indicator fine-tunes driving depth, so every screw head sits evenly in the plasterboard.

Rotating magazine and removable shoe for corners
The magazine rotates through several click-stop positions without being removed from the screwdriver. The shoe improves grip and prevents marks on the board. For corners it comes off by undoing two screws, bringing the distance to the adjacent wall down from 16 mm to 15 mm.
Removable feed mechanism for cleaning
The feed mechanism slides out of the magazine housing, so plaster dust can be blown out with compressed air and wiped away. Regular cleaning cuts down on strip jams.
