The OSRAM BATTERYjumpstart 1500 (OJS030) is a lithium jump starter for 12 V vehicles with petrol engines up to 6 l and diesel engines up to 3 l. It doubles as a power bank for phones and laptops via USB-C and USB-A, while the built-in torch lights up the engine bay after dark.

Boost function for a completely flat battery

Most packs refuse to work once the car battery reads 0 V. Here the mode is engaged manually and delivers current even with no voltage left on board. Peak output is 1500 A, with 350 A cranking amps.

Ergonomic smart clamps with longer cables

The extended leads reach terminals tucked under plastic covers or deep in the engine bay. Reverse polarity, anti-spike and short-circuit protection are signalled by an audible alert and LED indicators, so a wrong connection is spotted immediately.

PD60W fast charging over USB-C and USB-A

The ports deliver serious power to a phone, tablet or laptop, and the unit itself refills in roughly 1 hour. LED indicators show the remaining charge before you set off.

Glovebox-friendly body at 254 x 42 x 94 mm

It weighs around 1 kg and travels in the supplied case together with the clamps and cable. The integrated torch works independently of the starting function, handy during a roadside tyre change.
