ANDORRA COMPACT JUNIPER
- HEIGHT : 30.00 см
Andorra Compact Juniper, 30 cm, 1 L pot
A low, spreading juniper that shifts from green to bronze-purple through the winter
Andorra Compact Juniper (Juniperus horizontalis 'Andorra Compact') is a dense, creeping conifer for groundcover, rock gardens and containers. Supplied at 30 cm in a 1 L pot, it is ready to plant straight away.
Foliage colour that changes with the seasons
Spring growth emerges bright green, turns bronze-green in autumn and deepens to bronze-purple in winter. The bed keeps its colour through the months when most plants are bare.
Groundcover for slopes and rock gardens
The variety grows dense and low, reaching around 0.5 m in height while spreading up to 1 m wide. Use it as groundcover, as a standalone accent in a rockery, or in patio pots and planters.
Frost-hardy juniper for sunny spots
The juniper is hardy in USDA zones 3 to 8, which comfortably covers Bulgarian winters. It performs best in full sun and well-drained soil, and tolerates drought once established.
