The COVERGUARD RIPSTOP winter work jacket (item 224141) is a parka built from PVC-coated polyester ripstop with a fleece lining. It is certified to EN 343:2019 class 1.3 for rain protection and EN 14058:2004 for cool environments. Size XXL, red/grey.
PVC-coated ripstop fabric with taped seams
The outer shell is 100% polyester pongee at 300 g/m², and the ripstop grid structure stops a snag from turning into a tear. Class 1.3 under EN 343:2019 means the top water-penetration level of the standard together with level 3 breathability.
280 g/m² fleece lining for the cold months
The lower body adds 140 g/m² quilting, while the sleeves are lined with 60 g/m² taffeta. The high collar is fleece too and covers the neck when the hood stays stowed inside it.
Six pockets for tools and documents
Outside you get two lower pockets with velcro flaps, a patch chest pocket with flap and a second zipped chest pocket under the piping. Inside there is an extra velcro-closed pocket for a phone or paperwork.
Concealed hood, reflective piping and adjustable hem
The hood is fixed inside the collar and tightens with an elastic drawcord when the wind picks up. The central zip hides under a velcro storm flap, the cuffs adjust with velcro tabs and the hem pulls in with a drawcord. Reflective piping across the upper body helps you stay seen in low light.
