COVERGUARD RIPSTOP Winter Work Jacket, Size L, Red/Grey
Waterproof coated ripstop shell with taped seams and a fleece lining for cold-weather outdoor shifts.
The COVERGUARD RIPSTOP winter work jacket (parka, ref. 5RIPR) is built for outdoor work in rain, wind and low temperatures. The outer fabric is 100% PVC-coated polyester ripstop with taped seams. The garment is certified to EN 343 for rain protection and EN 14058 for cool environments.
Taped seams and PVC coating keep rain out
The ripstop weave uses a reinforcing grid that stops a snag from turning into a tear when you catch rebar or a sharp edge. The coating keeps water on the outside and the shell blocks wind, which makes a real difference on exposed sites.
280 g/m² fleece lining and a high collar
The main lining is fleece, while the lower body adds 140 g/m² quilted padding. The high collar is fleece-lined too and sits close around the neck without chafing when the zip is up.
Six pockets for tools and documents
The chest carries one flap pocket with a hook-and-loop closure and one zipped pocket under piping; two flap pockets sit lower down, plus an inner hook-and-loop pocket for a phone or wallet. The chest openings stay reachable even with a tool belt on.
Hood stowed in the collar and reflective piping
The hood is fixed and tucks away inside the collar, with an elastic drawcord to pull it in against the wind. The hem adjusts with a drawcord as well, and the semi-elasticated cuffs close with hook-and-loop tabs. Reflective piping across the upper body helps you be seen in poor light.
