3M 4515 Disposable Protective Coverall, White, Size XXL

The 3M 4515 disposable protective coverall in white, size XXL, is built for work around hazardous dusts and fibres such as asbestos, cement and mineral wool. It is certified as Type 5 for airborne solid particulates and Type 6 for light liquid splashes, and meets EN 1073-2 Class 1 for radioactive particulates.

Three-layer SMS fabric filters dry particulates

A melt-blown filtering layer sits between two softer spunbond layers. The outer layers take the mechanical wear and repel splashes, while the middle web traps dry particles and fibres. At 50 gsm the fabric offers stronger tear performance than lighter nonwoven garments.

Breathable build limits heat stress

The SMS polypropylene lets body heat and moisture escape, so the suit can be worn for longer periods without overheating. The low-linting fabric also suits clean areas and work around sensitive surfaces.

Two-way zipper with storm flap

The zipper opens from both ends for quick donning and removal, and the storm flap covers it to block dust ingress. Elasticated waist, cuffs and ankles hold the garment in place without restricting movement when bending or working in tight spaces.

Size XXL fits 186–194 cm height

Chest range for this size is 115–124 cm according to the manufacturer's sizing chart. The coverall is single-use: do not wash, iron or re-wear it, and dispose of contaminated garments according to local regulations.

Applications: asbestos, cement, insulation, powder handling

Typical uses include insulation installation, asbestos inspection and abatement, coal dust in power plants, metal polishing, general powder handling and industrial clean-up. It is not intended for contact with heavy oils, combustible liquids, organic solvents, gases or vapours.
