3M 4515 Protective Coverall, White, Size L, Type 5/6
Breathable SMS fabric and a two-way zipper with storm flap for dusty, splash-prone jobs.
The 3M 4515 protective coverall (item 244511) is single-use workwear certified to CE Type 5/6 against hazardous dusts and light liquid splashes. Size L fits a height of 174–181 cm and a chest of 100–108 cm. It suits site inspections in dusty conditions, spray painting, maintenance and clean-up work.
Type 5/6: barrier against dust and light splashes
The coverall is tested to EN ISO 13982-1 for solid airborne particulates and EN 13034 for liquid splashes. It also meets the inward-leakage requirements of EN 1073-2, Class 1, for radioactive particulates. Repellency and penetration resistance reach Class 3 of 3 for 30% sulfuric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide.
Breathable 50 gsm SMS fabric for long shifts
A thick melt-blown polypropylene filtering layer sits between two softer spun-bond layers, letting air escape and limiting heat build-up inside the suit. The fabric is low-linting and free of silicone and natural rubber latex.
Two-way zipper with storm flap and hood that zips to the chin
The zipper opens from both ends for quick donning and doffing, while the storm flap covers the closure. The low-profile, two-panel hood follows head movement and works with a helmet or half mask.
Elasticated wrists, ankles and waist
Non-latex synthetic rubber elastics keep the openings snug and limit dust ingress. The serged seams reach Class 3 for seam strength to EN ISO 13935-2.
Storage and single use
Keep the garment in its original packaging in dry conditions, between -20 °C and +25 °C and below 80% relative humidity. Do not wash, iron or re-use it. It is not intended for contact with heavy oils, combustible liquids, sparks or flame.
