The ELDOM WVF05039F is a 50 L vertical electric storage water heater with 45 L usable capacity, built for wall mounting in a bathroom or utility room. Its steel tank is protected by SHIELD zirconium enamel, and temperature is set mechanically via an external capillary thermostat. At 39 cm in diameter it also fits narrow recesses.
Six-level protection for safe everyday use
A patented round flange handles overpressure, while the combined metal valve works both as a non-return and a safety valve. A capillary thermal cut-out interrupts power if the temperature is exceeded, and the housing carries an IP24 moisture rating.
HFO Closed Cells insulation over 33 mm thick
The new-generation polyurethane foam has a fine closed-cell structure that limits standing losses between draw-offs. Annual electricity consumption is 1403 kWh at load profile M, energy class C.
ECO setting at 60 °C plus a Holiday mode
Setting the thermostat to 60 °C gives the most economical operating point for daily use. When the home is empty, the thermostat holds the water above 5 °C as frost protection. At the maximum setting the temperature sanitises the tank.
Twin LED indicator and temperature gauge
Red light means the heater is working, white means the set temperature has been reached. A separate temperature gauge shows how hot the water already is before you run the shower.
Dual anti-corrosion protection of the tank
The SHIELD zirconium enamel resists wear, and two magnesium anodes provide cathodic protection across the whole internal volume. The stored water remains suitable for sanitary and food use.
