Perforated stainless steel basket and jack-driven hydraulic pressing for maximum juice yield.
The ZIESTO P00117 manual hydraulic grape and fruit press holds 36 litres and is built for home winemaking and fruit processing. Grapes go into a filter bag inside the perforated stainless steel basket, while a bottle jack drives the pressing plate down. Juice collects in a stainless steel tray with a spout for easy draining; the jack is not included.
Perforated stainless steel basket holds 36 litres
The basket of the ZIESTO P00117 press is made of perforated stainless steel, a material that does not react with fruit acids and rinses clean in seconds. Its 36-litre volume lets you process a full batch of grapes in one loading.
Hydraulic pressing with a bottle jack – power without strain
On the ZIESTO P00117, the pressing plate is driven by a hydraulic bottle jack that turns light handle strokes into serious pressing force. Two 150 mm extension tubes let you keep pressing deeper as the pulp compacts. A 2 t jack (3 t maximum) is purchased separately.
Stainless steel tray with spout collects the juice
Juice drains into a 360 mm stainless steel tray fitted with a spout, so you can channel it straight into a demijohn or vat. The basket, plate and tray of the ZIESTO P00117 lift out for washing and off-season storage.
Complete set with stand, filter bag and jack handle
The ZIESTO P00117 arrives with a sturdy stand, a filter bag, a purpose-made handle tube for the jack and two extension tubes. The filter bag keeps skins and pips back, so the juice runs clearer straight from the press.
