TMINOX КРР 476/455 Perforated Floating Lid, Stainless Steel, for MC 130 Wine Tank
Keeps the grape cap pressed below the must throughout fermentation.
The TMINOX КРР 476/455 perforated floating lid (item 126931) is add-on equipment for the TMINOX MC 130 stainless steel wine tank. It rests on the must and presses the skins and pips down so they stay submerged during fermentation, while the perforations let fermentation gas pass through.
Food-grade stainless steel in contact with the must
The lid is made from stainless steel and rinses clean after each harvest. The material adds no taste to the wine and withstands the acidity of the must.
45.5 cm diameter for MC 130 and MC 175 tanks
The floating lid is dimensioned for TMINOX stainless wine tanks of this series and seats neatly in the opening. The profile is 6 cm high and the weight is 1.6 kg, so lifting it out for cleaning is a one-hand job.
Supplied without air chamber, plug or pump
The package contains the perforated metal lid only. The air chamber, the plug and the inflation pump are bought separately if you work with an inflatable floating lid setup.
