One-handed sanding with a dust bag for cleaner work on flat and curved surfaces.
The SKIL SR1E3745CA cordless random orbital sander from the PWRCORE 20 platform tackles flat and curved surfaces with 125 mm hook-and-loop discs. Supplied bare, with a dust bag, vacuum adaptor and three sanding sheets.
VRS counterweight system for less vibration
A counterweight absorbs part of the oscillation, while the compact body and rubber overmould grip keep the tool steady in one hand. Declared vibration level is 9.5 m/s².
Pre-select variable speed 7000–11000 rpm
A six-step dial sets the pace before you start: lower settings for fine finishing and coatings, higher ones for fast stock removal. Sanding movements reach 22000 per minute with a 3 mm orbit.
Dust bag and vacuum cleaner adaptor
Dust collects in the supplied bag, and for longer sessions the adaptor connects the sander straight to a vacuum. The surface stays visible and the abrasive clogs less.
Pad brake protects the workpiece
An integrated brake restrains disc rotation as you place or lift the tool. That prevents swirl marks on veneer, filler and painted panels.
Works with every PWRCORE 20 battery
The tool runs on SKIL '20V Max' (18 V) PWRCORE 20 batteries shared across more than 100 power and garden tools. Battery and charger are sold separately, so you pick the runtime you need.
