The DEWALT DCD791D2-QW brushless cordless drill driver runs on the 18V XR Li-Ion platform and is built for professional drilling in wood and metal plus everyday fastening. The kit arrives with two 2.0 Ah batteries, a charger and a carry case, ready for work out of the box.
Brushless motor with 460 W output
With no carbon brushes to wear out, friction losses drop and the tool stays serviceable for longer. Maximum torque reaches 70 Nm in hard joints and 27 Nm in soft ones, covering long screws in timber as well as holes in steel profiles.
Compact body for confined spaces
Short overall length and low weight let you work between studs, inside cabinets and overhead through long shifts. A belt hook and a magnetic bit holder keep the tool and bits within reach when you are up a ladder.
Two-speed all-metal transmission
First gear spans 0–550 rpm for high-force driving, while second gear runs up to 2000 rpm for fast drilling. The metal gear train handles the loads of daily site use.
15 torque settings and LED work light
The adjustable clutch matches force to the material and protects screw heads and panel surfaces from over-driving. The built-in LED lights the drilling point inside cabinets, loft spaces and electrical panels.
Complete kit with two batteries and case
Two 2.0 Ah XR Li-Ion packs with charge indicators rotate while the multi-voltage charger tops up the spare. The chuck accepts bits and drills from 1.5 to 13 mm and the tool works with any battery from the DEWALT 18V XR system.
