Measure surface temperature from a safe distance with a target laser — no contact with hot, moving or live parts.

The LASERLINER ThermoSpot One infrared thermometer reads surface temperatures from -38 to +365 °C, with an integrated target laser marking the exact spot being measured. It runs on two AAA batteries, supplied in the box, and is built for professional use in installation, heating, HVAC and machinery work.

Target laser pinpoints the measured spot

The 12:1 optics means a 1 m spot is read from 12 m away; move closer and the measured area shrinks accordingly for more local readings. The built-in laser is Class 2, under 1 mW.

Safe readings on hazardous equipment

The non-contact method allows readings on moving machine parts, electrical installations and hot pipework without shutting anything down. Delicate or soft surfaces are checked without damage.

MAX HOLD and auto-hold keep the reading visible

The illuminated LC display retains the highest value found, while auto-hold temporarily stores the most recent reading for when you look back at the device. Resolution is 0.2 °C.

Housing made largely from recycled material

The thermometer belongs to the LASERLINER EcoLine series, where much of the housing plastic is recycled. It weighs 173 g with batteries and measures 113 x 155.5 x 40 mm, so it travels easily in a tool bag.
