The VEKTOR COMFORT insect screen door kit is a complete DIY set for a hinged screen door with maximum frame dimensions of 235 cm in height and 100 cm in width. Aluminium 17x25 mm profiles, the mesh, the rubber gasket and all brown-finish hardware come in one box, ready to fit a terrace, veranda or entrance door.
Frame sized to your own doorway
The profiles are cut on site, so the screen matches the clear opening exactly without a made-to-measure order. Assembled, the frame reaches up to 235 x 100 cm, and smaller openings are covered by the same kit.
Mid rail and corner reinforcements for a rigid leaf
The seventh profile in the box forms the mid rail, fixed with two connector tees. Four corner reinforcements keep the leaf square through a whole season of daily opening.
Complete hardware: 4 hinges, catch and two handles
A spring catch closes the door, and two handles, one inside and one outside, make passing through easy in both directions. The black hardware comes with 16 screws of 3.9x19 mm and 24 of 3.9x16 mm.
Mesh fixed with 8 m of rubber gasket and a roller tool
The gasket is pressed into the profile channel with the supplied roller, which tensions the mesh evenly and lets you replace it later if needed. Assembly and installation instructions are included.
