VEKTOR COMFORT Door Insect Screen Kit 100x235 cm, White
Cut the aluminium profiles to your own doorway: the mesh and all hardware are already in the box.
The VEKTOR COMFORT door insect screen kit contains aluminium profiles, mesh and all hardware needed to build one hinged screen door with an outer frame of up to 235 cm high and 100 cm wide. Because the profiles are cut on site, the same kit fits balcony, terrace and entrance doors. Profiles and hardware come in white (RAL 9016).
Frame cut to your own doorway
The profiles are cut with a hacksaw to the measurements of your door and joined with four corner connectors, so no welding is involved. The finished leaf reaches 235 x 100 cm at most, and smaller openings are covered by the very same kit.
Complete hinged-door hardware included
Inside the box you get 4 hinges, a snap catch that keeps the leaf closed, an inner and an outer handle, plus 40 self-drilling screws in two sizes. Nothing extra has to be bought to make the door work.
Centre divider and corner reinforcements against sagging
The seventh profile in the kit is fitted across the leaf with two divider tees and takes the load on frames over two metres high. Four corner reinforcements stiffen the joints of a door that is opened and closed several times a day.
Mesh can be replaced with the same gasket
The mesh is held in the profile channel by a rubber gasket: 8 m of it and a fitting roller are supplied. If the fabric tears, it is pulled out and swapped without dismantling the frame.
