HUNIGER mole cricket powder is a 100% natural, 55 g treatment for lawns, vegetable beds and garden plantings. Dust it dry around active areas or mix it with water to spray the foliage. It works purely on contact, so pests never build up resistance to it.

Physical action, not poison

The fine mineral particles pierce the soft abdomen of the mole cricket on contact and it loses moisture. Affected pests die within 3 days to 1-2 weeks depending on infestation levels. Because the effect is physical, pests cannot adapt to it.

Two ways to apply: dry barrier or spray solution

A thin dry layer around plants forms a barrier the pest has to cross. For foliar treatment, mix the sachet with 2 litres of water and spray the leaves from below, avoiding the blossoms. The product becomes active once dry, so reapply after rain or watering.

Approved thinking for organic growing and indoor use

The powder is a basic substance under Art. 23 of Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 and is neither a biocide nor a plant protection product. It suits organic farms and gardens, and can also be used indoors along skirtings or behind appliances. Wear a mask while dusting to avoid inhaling the fine particles.

Repeat treatment every 5 days

Repeat the treatment until the pests are gone. For heavy infestations the maker advises weekly application over a full month. Look for disturbed soil, shallow tunnels and dying patches of turf as signs of mole cricket activity.
