Slim strips of genuine marble in mixed grey tones for a feature wall indoors or a facade and fence outdoors.
MODULO NATIMUR MINERAL GREY is a wall cladding made of genuine marble, with a textured surface and a blend of light and dark grey tones. The 40 x 10 cm strips work equally well on interior walls, exterior facades, fences and plinths. Each pack holds 13 pieces and covers 0.47 m².
Real marble with a textured surface
Every strip is cut from natural stone, so shading and veining differ piece by piece and the finished wall gains a depth printed imitations cannot match. Batches of quarried stone can vary in tone, so buy the full quantity for the project at once and mix pieces from several packs while laying.
Indoor and outdoor use, frost resistant
The cladding is tested to European freeze-thaw and weathering standards, which opens it up to facades, fences and plinths. The substrate must be flat, dry and free of dust, paint or wallpaper, and a coping or drip flashing above the clad area keeps water from getting behind the strips.
Class A1 reaction to fire: fireplace-friendly
The stone is non-combustible to NF EN 13501-1 and withstands the 90-110 °C typical of a clad fireplace surround. Such installations call for a heat-resistant adhesive, while exterior work needs a flexible cement-based adhesive of class C2S1.
Coverage and care: adhesive and protection
Budget roughly 2.5 kg of MODULO Extra Flex adhesive per pack, and one can of MODULO protective spray covers 19 packs. Clean with pH-neutral products only: pressure washers, abrasives and acidic cleaners damage the stone surface.
