Gypsum-based brick with a klinker look for a standout accent wall indoors.

MODULO IMPERIAL SPIRIT is a gypsum-based decorative brick for interior walls, in creamy light-brown tones with darker accents. One box covers 1 sqm when laid with a 1.0 cm grout joint and holds 63 pieces. It bonds with adhesive to plasterboard, concrete, render, wood or existing ceramic tiles.

21.2 x 6.0 cm soft-rectangle format

At 1.5 cm thick, the pieces keep a shallow relief and barely intrude into the room. Softly rounded edges and shifting tones read as hand-laid masonry rather than uniform tile.

The gypsum body does not support combustion and is classified as incombustible. That makes the cladding suitable for hallways, stair landings and decorative niches.

Butt-jointed without grout, one box covers about 0.8 sqm; the recommended joint width is 1.0 cm. The box weighs 9.2 kg, averaging 8.36 kg per square metre, a lighter load on the wall than concrete or stone cladding. Adhesive is required, and MODULO Protection Spray is offered for surface protection.

Suitable substrates and installation limits

The substrate must be dry, sound and protected from water ingress: render, plasterboard, brick, concrete, wood or ceramic tiles. The product is not for floors, ceilings, high-humidity rooms or temperatures above 40 °C, and must be stored away from moisture and weather.
