MODULO IMPERIAL ESSENCE is a gypsum-based decorative brick slip for interior walls, sized 21.2 x 6.0 cm with a 1.5 cm profile. One box holds 63 pieces and covers 1.00 sqm with a 1.0 cm grout joint. It bonds with adhesive to plaster, plasterboard, brick, concrete, timber or existing ceramic tiles.
Authentic brick wall in warm dark beige
The slips reproduce classic klinker brickwork, with a textured face and subtle shade variation from piece to piece. Softly rounded edges disguise the joint line, so a living room, bedroom or shop wall reads as genuine masonry.
Gypsum body: 9.2 kg per box, easy to carry and cut
The low weight allows installation on plasterboard partitions where stone veneer would be too heavy. Pieces cut cleanly with a hand saw or angle grinder and the dust wipes away easily.
A1 fire reaction class
The material is non-combustible and rated incombustible, an advantage around a fireplace or in shared spaces. It is for interior wall use only, in dry rooms at temperatures up to 40 °C.
Installation with a 1.0 cm joint and MODULO adhesive
The maker specifies a 1.0 cm grout joint, at which one box covers 1.00 sqm; laid tight without joints the coverage is 0.80 sqm. The substrate must be dry, sound and protected from water ingress, and MODULO Protection Spray is available for easier cleaning.
