CLAGE CEX9 NEW Tankless Water Heater, 8.8 kW, Electronic Control, Energy Class A

Hot water the moment you open the tap, with no tank and no standby losses.

The CLAGE CEX9 NEW tankless water heater is a compact, electronically controlled unit for a washbasin, kitchen sink or shower. Water is heated as it flows through, while the target temperature is set from 20 °C to 55 °C via buttons and shown on the LCD display. At 29.4 cm high, it runs on a standard single-phase 230 V supply.

Steady temperature without mixing in cold water

TWIN TEMPERATURE CONTROL TTC electronics hold the selected value within the appliance's capacity even when line pressure changes. Temperature is set by button, and two preset keys store your favourite values for quick switching between sink and shower.

6.6 or 8.8 kW selectable during installation

The Multiple Power System MPS lets the electrician cap the connected load to match the fuse box and cable cross-section. At 8.8 kW the unit delivers 3.8 l/min at a 33 K temperature rise, enough for a shower or a double washbasin.

IES bare-wire heating system for less limescale

The heating system puts the bare wire in direct contact with the water, which limits scale build-up and extends service life. With just 0.3 l of heated volume, hot water arrives almost immediately after the tap is opened.

Under-sink or over-sink installation with G ½″ connections

External G ½″ threaded connections and small dimensions allow fitting inside a sink cabinet or directly on the wall above it. The heater works pressurised up to 1 MPa (10 bar), carries IP 25 protection, and ships with two seals, two aerators and a shut-off valve.

Smartphone control and solar pre-heating

The model is prepared for the FX wireless remote and the Smart Control app via an FXE adapter and CLAGE Home Server, supplied separately. An inlet temperature of up to 60 °C allows it to reheat water coming from a solar system.
