Hot water at the exact degree you set, with no tank and no waiting.
The CLAGE DEX 12 NEXT instantaneous water heater warms water the moment it flows and delivers it at a constant temperature you select between 20 °C and 60 °C. Single-phase 220–240 V supply and IP 25 protection allow installation over a washbasin, a kitchen sink or for a shower.
Electronic control accurate to the degree
You set the target temperature directly with the sensor keys, and the heater holds it steady even when mains pressure fluctuates. The large backlit e-paper display stays legible in a dim bathroom.
Power switchable to 8.8 or 11.5 kW at installation
The installer picks the setting to match cable size and the power available in the home. At the higher setting the unit delivers 5.9 l/min of water raised by 28 K above the inlet temperature.
Energy class A: only the water you draw is heated
With no storage tank there are no standby losses, and the product fiche states an annual consumption of 473 kWh. The unit starts at a flow of just 1.5 l/min, so it fires up even with the tap barely open.
Compact body for over-sink or under-sink mounting
At just 9.6 cm deep, the heater takes up little room in a tight bathroom. Water connections are G ½" threaded, and the weight filled with water is about 4.2 kg.
Accepts pre-heated inlet water up to 70 °C
The maximum inlet temperature is 70 °C, so the heater can top up water coming from a solar system. The optional FX 3 Bluetooth remote control adjusts the temperature from about 10 metres away inside the building.
