TKK FIX 13 Fast-Grab Mounting Adhesive, 300 ml
Fast-grab adhesive that replaces nails and screws when fitting skirting, panels and rosettes.
TKK FIX 13 is a synthetic-resin mounting adhesive built for fixing skirting boards, decorative panels, rosettes and a wide range of construction materials. It grips fast and firmly on both porous and non-porous surfaces and works indoors and outdoors. The adhesive comes in a 300 ml cartridge for a standard cartridge gun.
Replaces nails and screws for clean fitting
TKK FIX 13 bonds skirting, decorative panels and rosettes without drilling or fasteners. The adhesive grabs quickly and holds firmly, speeding up the job and leaving surfaces clean, with no screw holes.
Strong bond on most building materials
TKK FIX 13 adheres excellently to concrete, brick, wood, glass, ceramics, plasterboard, metal and certain plastics. Once cured it reaches a shear strength of 4.0 MPa, giving lasting hold for cable trays, floor and wall tiles and finishing trims.
UV, weather and ageing resistant
TKK FIX 13 is UV-stable and resistant to weathering and ageing, making it a good choice for outdoor projects too. The cured adhesive withstands temperatures from –15 °C to +80 °C and does not cause corrosion on metal parts.
Easy application with a cartridge gun
The 300 ml TKK FIX 13 cartridge is applied with an ordinary cartridge gun, in dots or lines on one of the surfaces. Skin-formation time is about 15 minutes at 23 °C, leaving time to position parts precisely before pressing them together.
