The Makita HR2670FT is a professional SDS-PLUS rotary hammer with an 800 W motor and 3.0 J impact energy, built for daily drilling in concrete, masonry, wood and metal. It offers three operating modes — drilling, hammer drilling and chiselling — and ships in a carrying case for transport and storage.
800 W motor with 3.0 J impact energy
The 800 W motor of the Makita HR2670FT delivers up to 3.0 J of impact energy and drills up to 26 mm in concrete. That power handles anchors, service holes and tougher masonry without straining during longer sessions.
Three operating modes for varied tasks
The HR2670FT switches between rotation only, rotation with hammering, and hammering only (chiselling). One tool covers drilling in wood and metal, holes in concrete and light demolition work.
Tool-free quick-change chuck
The FT version of the Makita HR2670FT lets you remove the SDS-PLUS chuck and fit a keyless drill chuck for round-shank bits. You move from chiselling to precise drilling in seconds, without a key.
Variable speed, reverse and built-in LED
The hammer's speed adjusts smoothly from the trigger (0–1500 rpm) and the reverse frees jammed bits. A built-in LED lights the work point, while the torque limiter protects you if the bit binds.
