The TESY BiLight GCV 100 44 30 B12 TSR is a wall-mounted vertical electric water heater with a real capacity of 100 L and a copper heating element. The tank carries a glass-ceramic coating and the temperature is set with a mechanical thermostat. At 44.0 cm in diameter it fits into narrow bathrooms and utility spaces.
3 kW heats the tank to 60 °C in 1 h 44 min
Bringing a full 100 L tank from 15 °C to 60 °C takes 1 h 44 min. The 3 kW rating is the highest commonly offered on domestic water heaters of this class and runs on a single-phase supply.
PISTON EFFECT for more usable hot water per cycle
A special inlet nozzle slows the incoming cold water and limits mixing with the heated water at the top of the tank. Under load profile L the heater supplies 150 L of water above 40 °C.
Glass-ceramic tank with plasma-arc welding
The coating protects the tank walls against corrosion, while plasma-arc welded seams extend the tank's service life. INSUTECH extruded polyurethane insulation keeps heat losses low, with annual energy consumption of 2734 kWh in energy class C.
BiLight indication and frost protection
The light indication shows the current operating mode at a glance, and a separate electrical switch turns the unit off without unplugging it. The frost-protection function maintains a minimum tank temperature in unheated rooms and holiday homes out of season.
