LIQUI MOLY Top Tec 4100 5W-40 is a fully synthetic 5-litre engine oil for petrol and diesel engines. This low-friction oil reduces oil and fuel consumption and delivers instant lubrication right after a cold start. The 5-litre canister covers a full oil change on most passenger cars, with a little left for topping up.

Wear protection for a long engine life

Top Tec 4100 5W-40 forms a durable lubricating film that cuts friction between moving parts. The oil maintains optimum oil pressure under all operating conditions and keeps the engine running smoothly.

Oil change intervals up to 30,000 km

High shear and ageing stability allows extended service intervals of up to 30,000 km, depending on the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. That makes Top Tec 4100 5W-40 a natural fit for cars with long-life service schedules.

Compatible with DPF, turbo and catalytic converter

This Low SAPS formulation suits petrol and diesel engines meeting Euro 4, Euro 5 and Euro 6 standards, including common rail and pump-jet injection. Top Tec 4100 5W-40 is tested with turbochargers and catalytic converters and is approved for vehicles with a diesel particulate filter (DPF), as well as CNG/LPG gas-powered cars.

Approvals from carmakers

Top Tec 4100 5W-40 meets ACEA C3, API SQ, BMW Longlife-04 and MB-Approval 229.51 – check your service book before topping up. LIQUI MOLY also recommends it where VW 505 00/505 01, GM dexos2, Renault RN 0700/RN 0710, Ford WSS-M2C 917-A or Fiat 9.55535-H2/M2/S2 are required.

Miscible with all standard motor oils

If you need to top up on the road, Top Tec 4100 5W-40 mixes with all commercially available motor oils. For the full effect use it unmixed, and always follow the vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
