BARDAHL Turbo Protect is a 325 ml engine oil additive (ref. BAR-3216) developed for turbocharged cars. Its anti-friction, anti-wear formula coats the turbo, crankshaft, camshaft and hydraulic lifters, and it mixes with any type of engine oil.

Turbo protection from the first cold start

The first seconds after ignition leave the turbo bearings with the least lubrication. The additive keeps a resilient oil film on the shafts and bearings, and it also works when the oil level has dropped below normal.

Anti-friction and anti-wear across moving parts

Beyond the turbo, the formula covers the crankshaft, camshaft and hydraulic valve lifters. Its extreme-pressure properties help prevent turbo shafts and bearings from seizing under hard driving.

Oil that resists high-temperature ageing

A turbo heats the oil hard and speeds up its oxidation. The additive slows that process, so the oil keeps its lubricating properties through to the end of the service interval.
