The SAMSUNG Galaxy XCover 7 5G G556B is a rugged smartphone made for work beyond the desk, tested to MIL-STD-810H and fronted by Gorilla Glass Victus+. Its battery is user-replaceable, so a spare pack keeps the shift going instead of a charging break. It survives immersion in up to 1.5 m of fresh water for 30 minutes and handles regular sanitising.

The back cover comes off without tools, so a Samsung-certified spare pack drops in within seconds. Talk time over 4G LTE reaches 38 hours and video playback runs up to 18 hours.

IP68 sealing and MIL-STD-810H testing

Testing covers altitude, humidity, immersion, salt fog, dust, vibration and drops, including a 1.5 m fall onto steel. Gorilla Glass Victus+ adds scratch resistance for dusty sites and warehouses.

6.6" FHD+ display with 500 nits for outdoor use

That brightness keeps content legible in direct sunlight. Raised touch sensitivity responds through leather gloves under 2 mm thick and with wet fingers.

XCover Key for barcode scanning with Knox Capture

The programmable key launches a chosen app or routine with one press. With Knox Capture the phone works as an enterprise barcode scanner and feeds the data straight into business apps.

The model is covered by up to four Android upgrades, with data guarded by the Samsung Knox platform. Its 128 GB of storage expands via microSD up to 1 TB for photos, documents and offline maps.
