Tall, narrow build for a 450 mm wall: dry towels and a warm bathroom straight from your heating loop.
The THERMAL TREND KOS 450/1320 is a steel bathroom towel rail radiator for hot-water central heating systems, measuring 1320 mm high and 450 mm wide. Its curved 20 mm horizontal tubes hold several towels at once, and the white finish blends with standard bathroom ceramics. Brackets, connection fittings and an air vent are supplied in the box.
713 W heat output at 90/70 °C
With cooler water at 75/65 °C the output is 564 W, and at 55/45 °C it delivers 291 W, measured to DIN EN 442 for a 20 °C room. That lets you size the rail precisely for the actual regime of your system.
30x30 mm steel uprights with curved tubes
The vertical manifolds are square-section, while the 20 mm horizontal tubes curve outwards to hold towels away from the wall for faster drying. The finish is white RAL 9016.
G 1/2" connection with 416 mm thread pitch
Connections are internal G 1/2", and the quoted outputs apply to one-sided top-down connection. Diagonal connection gives a factor of 1.011, bottom connection 0.969. Working pressure is 1.0 MPa, test pressure 1.5 MPa, and the maximum medium temperature 110 °C.
Ready for combined heating with an electric element
The rail accepts a 1373/XX heating rod with a temperature limiter and IP64 protection, with 400 W recommended for this size. That keeps the bathroom warm when the central heating is off in summer; fitted with the rod it may be installed in bathroom zones 1, 2 and 3.
Mounting kit and air vent included
Supplied with plastic wall brackets, connection pieces, washers and a venting valve. Drilling requires a 10 mm bit; metal brackets are available on request.
