The Makita DAS180Z is a compact 18V LXT cordless dust blower that delivers up to 1100 l/min of air for clearing dust, cleaning filters and inflating or deflating air-filled items. It ships as a body only, so you can run it on the LXT batteries you already own.
Focused air jet for dust in hard-to-reach spots
The DAS180Z pushes up to 1100 l/min of air at speeds up to 200 m/s — enough to clear dust from drilled anchor holes, machine housings, electrical panels and computer gear. No compressor, hose or power outlet needed, so you work right where the dust is.
4-stage air volume for delicate work
Four air-volume settings let the Makita DAS180Z be gentle on sensitive electronics and full-force on construction dust. On the lowest setting a single 18V / 6.0 Ah battery gives up to 55 minutes of continuous use.
Tool-free one-touch nozzle change
Nozzles on the Makita DAS180Z swap with one touch, no tools required, and the rear port allows rapid deflation of air beds and balls. One tool therefore covers blowing, inflating and deflating.
Brushless motor and built-in LED light
The brushless motor of the Makita DAS180Z runs without carbon brushes, saving battery energy and extending tool life. A built-in LED job light shows exactly where you are blowing in a dark corner or shaft.
Compact body from 1.2 kg
At 179 mm long and from 1.2 kg without nozzles, the Makita DAS180Z sits steady in one hand and travels in the bag with the rest of your LXT tools. The rubberised grip keeps hold secure during longer clean-up sessions.
