The NEO Tools 14-002 pneumatic impact wrench with a 1/2" square drive delivers up to 1300 Nm and is built for automotive workshops and industrial use under load. Its Twin Hammer mechanism transfers torque smoothly to the anvil, while a selector sets three loosening levels. It needs a compressor supplying 128 l/min at 6.3 bar.

1300 Nm for seized, over-torqued joints

The top setting is reserved for high-torque or rust-locked fasteners, where hand tools stall. For lighter joints the selector drops to 810 Nm or 560 Nm.

Twin Hammer impact mechanism

Two hammers rotate around the spindle and strike symmetrically, sparing the anvil and cutting vibration at the grip. Free speed reaches 7000 rpm with a ±10% tolerance.

Compact 192 mm composite housing

At 2.2 kg and a short overall length, the wrench reaches bolts in tight spaces under the car and in the engine bay. The composite housing stays warmer in the hand than metal during long sessions.

Compressor and hose requirements

Average air consumption is 128 l/min at 6.3 bar working pressure (up to 7 bar). The inlet is 1/4" and a 10 mm hose is recommended so pressure does not drop during impacts.
