A twin reversible-blade disc turns branches up to 40 mm straight into a 50-litre collection bag.

The STIGA BIO MASTER 2200 is a mains-powered garden shredder with a 2200 W motor for pruning and hedge-cutting waste. Branches feed in through the hopper and come out chipped into the attached 50-litre bag, while two transport wheels let you move the machine around the garden. Praktiker lists it as suitable for professional use as well.

Branches up to 40 mm with a 2200 W motor

The shredder takes fresh and dry prunings from fruit trees, hedges and vine canes. It runs off a standard 230 V / 50 Hz socket, with no fuel or oil mixing involved.

Disc with two reversible blades

The cutting unit is a disc carrying two blades that can be flipped over once the first edge dulls, doubling the time between replacements. Maximum speed is 3650 rpm.

50-litre bag and transport wheels

Chippings collect in a canvas bag that unclips and empties straight onto the compost heap or around plants as mulch. With the wheels and an 11.310 kg weight, moving it across the garden is a one-person job.

Feeding tamper included

A tamper is supplied for pushing light, bushy waste down towards the blades without putting hands into the hopper. Assembly and disassembly are quick, so the machine stores away in a small shed or garage.
