The SKIL GH1E0429CA SOLO (0429 CA) cordless hedge trimmer runs on the "20V Max" (18 V) PWRCORE 20 platform and cuts hedges and shrubs with a 50 cm blade. Supplied as a bare tool, it works with any SKIL PWRCORE 20 battery, and comes with a blade sheath and an "Easy Storage" hook.

20 mm tooth spacing plus a sawing tooth at the blade base

Branches too thick to fit between the teeth are handled by the sawing section at the base of the blade. Overgrown hedges can be reshaped without switching to a pruning saw.

Blade tip protector for cutting along walls

The blade tip stays protected on contact with hard surfaces, so working close to the ground, fences or masonry does not damage the teeth.

Two handles and 2.5 kg weight for overhead work

The rear handle has a soft grip and the second handle gives a firm hold for side and vertical cuts. The balance allows longer sessions on tall hedges without extra support.
