The DAEWOO DAT1200 electric brush cutter runs two cutting tools: a 1.6 mm nylon line spool for grass along paths and fences, and a three-tooth metal blade for stalks and undergrowth. The split shaft comes apart for compact storage and transport, and a shoulder harness is included in the box.
Two cutting tools for different vegetation
The line handles soft grass in corners a mower cannot reach and along walls, while the three-tooth blade cuts through tougher stalks and nettles. Swapping tools takes only the supplied hex key and spanner.
Copper-wound electric motor
The 1200 W motor delivers 7000 rpm with the line head and 7500 rpm with the blade. Copper windings cope better with the sustained load of dense grass.
Split shaft for compact storage
The rigid shaft separates into two sections so the machine fits in a car boot or on a shed shelf. The included harness shifts the load from your arms to your shoulders during longer sessions.
