The Einhell FORTEXXA 18/20 TH is a top-handled cordless chainsaw from the Power X-Change system, built for pruning and tree care by trained users. A 20 cm bar with 14 cm cutting length and a 2.5 kg body make one-handed work up in the canopy realistic. Supplied as a bare tool — an 18 V battery of 2.5 Ah or more is recommended for best results.

PurePOWER brushless motor, 10-year warranty on registration

The motor runs without carbon brushes, delivering more power and longer runtime per charge than brushed designs. Einhell backs the motor itself with a 10-year warranty after online registration.

OREGON bar and chain for clean cuts

Chain pitch is 9.5 mm with 1.1 mm drive link thickness, and chain speed reaches 7 m/s. Chain changes and tensioning are tool-free, so you can sort them out up in the tree.

Kickback protection with instant chain brake

A tip guard stops the nose of the bar from digging into the wood, cutting the risk of kickback when working from underneath. A chain catcher and front hand guard add further protection, while metal claw stops bite firmly into the timber.

Automatic lubrication, 75 ml tank with level indicator

Oil is fed to the chain continuously during operation. A wide filler opening and a level window keep top-ups quick.

Power X-Change: one battery for every tool

The saw runs on any 18 V Power X-Change battery, freely interchangeable across Einhell's system tools. A 2.5 Ah pack delivers around 100 cuts in 70x70 mm timber; a 4.0 Ah pack around 160.
