The STIHL RMA 253.3 cordless lawn mower runs on a 36 V AK System battery and cuts a 51 cm swath. It ships as a tool only, without battery or charger, and comes standard with a multi-blade, mulching plug and side-discharge option. The grass catcher holds 55 l and has a fill-level indicator.

Four ways to handle the clippings

A multi-blade and mulching plug come as standard, so the clippings can go into the catcher, be dropped on the turf, side-discharged or mulched. Mulching returns fine clippings to the lawn and saves you a trip to the green-waste bin.

Central cutting-height adjustment, 7 levels

A single lever moves all wheels at once and a scale shows the selected setting — a close cut in spring, a higher one during summer heat. No tools needed for the change.

Foldable ergonomic handlebar with two working heights

The handlebar is mounted on one side only, leaving clear access when you lift out the catcher. Folded down, the mower takes up less room in a garage or car boot.

Battery and charger from the AK System — your choice

Supplied without battery and charger, the mower takes STIHL AK System batteries — the AK 30 S with an AL 101 charger is the recommended pairing. Batteries from an AK trimmer or hedge trimmer you already own fit straight in.
