The KAMININOX rotating chimney cowl comes with a 300/300 mm stainless steel base plate for mounting on a square masonry chimney. Its movable head turns with the wind direction and helps keep the draught steady on fireplaces, stoves and solid fuel boilers.

Head that follows the wind

The upper section pivots on a bearing so the flue outlet always stays on the leeward side of the airflow. On gusty days, or on chimneys shadowed by taller buildings, that limits smoke being pushed back down the flue.

300/300 mm plate for square chimneys

The plate covers the chimney mouth and fixes onto the masonry, holding the cowl centred over the opening. Choose the size to match the outer dimensions of your chimney, so measure the crown before buying.

Stainless steel built for the roof

Stainless steel handles rain, snow and acidic flue condensate without rusting along the edges. At a 2.500 kg shipping weight, one person can carry it up and fit it.
