The TMINOX MC 175 is a Bulgarian-made stainless steel tank for fermenting and storing wine. Its 175 L capacity suits the home winemaker, while the mirror-finish interior makes removing tartrate deposits straightforward.
Floating lid that seals out air
The lid uses a silicone seal and an inflatable chamber, so it can be set at any level inside the tank. Even a partly filled vessel leaves no air pocket above the wine.
2R mirror interior for easy cleaning
The smooth wall gives tartrate nothing to cling to, so deposits come off without harsh scrubbing. The outside carries a 2M scotch-brite finish that still looks good after years of use.
Fermentation you can control
The MC series accepts a heat-exchange panel for cooling or warming, a thermometer and a draining cylinder. A perforated lid keeps the cap submerged for better extraction in red wines.
Serviceable without a specialist
The drain tap fits on quickly and spare parts can be swapped on the spot. MC vessels are built for long service under seasonal workloads.
