The Weber Master-Touch GBS E-5750 charcoal grill blends the ritual of cooking over charcoal with genuinely useful, well thought-out features. Its 57 cm round grate offers 2342 cm² of cooking space — plenty for the whole family or a group of guests. It handles both direct grilling of meat and vegetables and slow cooking or smoking with the lid closed.
Grill and smoke with one air damper
The adjustable bowl vent on the Master-Touch GBS E-5750 controls airflow and temperature. Open it wide for a strong, direct fire or ease it shut for low-and-slow cooking and smoking — so one unit does the work of both a grill and a smoker.
GBS hinged grate for easy charcoal top-ups
The Gourmet BBQ System cooking grate measures 57 cm and features lift-up hinges. You can add charcoal mid-cook without removing the food, while the removable centre section accepts GBS accessories such as a griddle or pizza pan.
Porcelain-enamelled bowl and lid for the long haul
The bowl and lid of the Weber Master-Touch are steel finished with baked-on porcelain enamel that retains heat and resists rust and peeling. The built-in lid thermometer shows the temperature inside so you can hold the right cooking zone.
One-Touch cleaning and a large ash catcher
The steel One-Touch system sweeps ash into the removable, high-capacity catcher with a single motion. You empty the ash in one go, while the rust-resistant aluminium air regulator keeps working season after season.
Convenience while cooking and moving
The Tuck-Away holder parks the lid to the side instead of on the ground, and the handle has a heat shield. Two impact- and weather-resistant rubber wheels make moving the grill around the yard effortless.
Two charcoal baskets for direct and indirect cooking
Two Char-Basket charcoal holders are included, letting you arrange the embers for direct grilling or split them to the sides for indirect, slow cooking. The glass-reinforced handle also carries hooks for hanging your barbecue tools.
