Standard instructions for withdrawal:

1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without stating any reasons for that, within 14 days.

2. The deadline to exercise the right to withdrawal is 14 days starting from the date on which you, or a third party, different from the carrier and indicated by you, have been granted the title on the goods or, in the case of a contract, by virtue of which the consumer has ordered multiple items with one order, shipped separately: on the date, on which you or a third party different from the carrier and indicated by you, has been granted the title on the last item.

   In order to exercise the right to withdrawal, you shall notify us (about your name, geographic address and telephone number, fax and e-mail, if any) and about your decision to withdraw from the contract with an express statement (for example a letter sent via post, fax or e-mail). You can fill in and submit the attached standard withdrawal form or another express statement of withdrawal electronically at our web site (www.praktiker-online.bg). If you use this possibility, we will immediately send you a message confirming the receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (electronic mail). In order to observe the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send your message regarding exercising this right to withdrawal before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.

3. Validity of the withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs for delivery (with the exception of any additional costs related to the method of delivery you have selected that differs from the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by us), with no unreasonable delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the date on which you have informed us about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement by using the same payment method you have used during the initial transaction and in any case this reimbursement will not involve any costs for you. We have the right to delay the reimbursement of payments until we receive the goods back or until you provide us with evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is the earlier. We expect you to send us or return us the goods with no unreasonable delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have informed us about your withdrawal from this contract. You shall cover all direct costs related to returning the goods.
